Mose Toidze Art-Profession Learning Centre

Date of foundation:1945

During the different periods it was named as Mose Toidze Art Prof-technical Institution.Mose Toidze Art Lyceum.Since 2007 it is named as Mose Toidze Art-Profession Learning Centre.Our centre has prepared the specialists of the various art professions during decades (painter,facing worker,worker of qeramics, wood and metal processor and etc),their students worked on the different important buildings’facing, restoration, as art-performers at the theatres, in furniture industry, living service field (gold blacksmith’swork).The works of the students of the institution have been presented on the exhibitions held in the republic, union and abroad. They have received a lot of awards.After the independence of Georgia they work on the construction (ornamenting, wood and metal works; gates,furniture,cult things and etc), performance of relief.Toidze Centre has got experienced,high qualified teachers,majority of which are educated in the different higher art institutions,who participated in a lot of exhibitions in Georgia and abroad.The learning base of the Centre includes wel-equpped laboratories, workshops and learning classes.
